  • High-frequency waves directly excite water molecules inside the wood, generating internal heat.

4. Drying Process Overview

  1. Load wood onto the feeding cart and insert electrodes between each stacked layer.

  2. Push the cart into the drying chamber and securely close the door.

  3. Start the system: the vacuum pump activates first. Once the set vacuum level is reached, the HF generator automatically starts heating.

  4. When the upper temperature threshold is reached, the HF pauses. It resumes when the temperature drops to the lower threshold. Throughout the process, the vacuum pressure is maintained near -0.09 MPa, and the pump restarts if pressure drops.

  5. Once drying is complete, the weight sensor evaluates moisture loss and shuts down the system – ending the drying cycle.
