Overview
MoisTrue is a pin-type moisture meter that calculates material moisture by measuring resistance through two electrodes inserted into the sample.
The device can be used to measure moisture in various materials (wood, building materials, leather).
It is especially suitable for measuring the moisture content of wood, even if it hasn't been dried, allowing for detection of moisture distribution throughout the wood using electrodes.

The measurement is carried out using alternating current, ensuring optimal stability even in cases of high moisture content.
The compensation method for different wood species can be selected from the classification of 4 traditional groups or based on the AS/NZS 1080.1:2012 standard, which includes more than 400 wood species listed and individually classified.
Automatic wood moisture measurement is compensated based on the wood's temperature, which can be manually set by the operator (useful when measuring wood directly from a dryer) or measured by the device through an internal sensor or an optional external UR/T sensor.
